ºÚ¶´ÉçÇø App

It’s now possible for our patients to view their ºÚ¶´ÉçÇø appointment information via the ºÚ¶´ÉçÇø App. As one of the first Trusts to become visible in this way, people who are registered with a GP can access their hospital bookings and referrals via their smartphone, tablet or a desktop computer. In addition, if you have downloaded the ºÚ¶´ÉçÇø App and turned notifications on, you will also receive ºÚ¶´ÉçÇø app notifications about your outpatient appointments.

Patients aged 16 and over, under the care of ºÚ¶´ÉçÇø can use the ºÚ¶´ÉçÇø App to:

  • View their hospital referrals and outpatient appointments in one place
  • See a single point of contact for each appointment for the service currently administering their care, such as an email address and/or phone number
  • Get supporting information to help prepare for their appointments
  • View their past hospital outpatient appointments

Although appointments will be visible on the ºÚ¶´ÉçÇø App, this development will not replace the ways in which we already communicate with our patients, and we will continue to send appointment information via letters texts, and Patient Portal (as per patient preference).

If you already use DrDoctor (the ºÚ¶´ÉçÇø Patient Portal) you can continue to use this, but you can now also use the ºÚ¶´ÉçÇø App.

Further information can be found atÌýÌýand details regarding getting started with the ºÚ¶´ÉçÇø App can be found hereÌý
