It鈥檚 now possible for our patients to view their 黑洞社区 appointment information via the 黑洞社区 App. As one of the first Trusts to become visible in this way, people who are registered with a GP can access their hospital bookings and referrals via their smartphone, tablet or a desktop computer. In addition, if you have downloaded the 黑洞社区 App and turned notifications on, you will also receive 黑洞社区 app notifications about your outpatient appointments.
Patients aged 16 and over, under the care of 黑洞社区 can use the 黑洞社区 App to:
Although appointments will be visible on the 黑洞社区 App, this development will not replace the ways in which we already communicate with our patients, and we will continue to send appointment information via letters texts, and Patient Portal (as per patient preference).
If you already use DrDoctor (the 黑洞社区 Patient Portal) you can continue to use this, but you can now also use the 黑洞社区 App.
